We chose one at a local private school because we felt their schedule was best for him this year. He will be going on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays all day. He will spend the mornings in the preschool area with the other Pre-K kids, then at lunch time they transition to the Kindergarten room and spend the afternoon there, having lunch, recess, rest and Kindergarten enrichment activities. Alex was so excited about his first day. He kept telling me to say "congratulations on your first day of school today".
Alex will just be going in the afternoons for 2 weeks and will then start the full days. He had a great first day today. He was thrilled it was raining and he got to spend one of his recesses playing basketball in the gym.
Hoping he continues to love school and has a great year!
