Merry Christmas

This was the first year that we didn't spend Christmas with our families. We definitely missed our families a lot, but we had a nice relaxing Christmas with our little family of four!


We let Alex open one present on Christmas Eve. He was very excited to get a Monster Truck! He watches Monster Trucks on TV with Eric and loves them.





On Christmas morning we let Alex go to town on the pile of presents under the tree. He didn't care if the presents were for him or not, he just loved opening them!


Of course the ones for him were the most fun....


How Brodie spent his first Christmas morning....

The big excitement of the morning was the 4 Wheeler that Alex got from his Grammy and Grampy! He rode laps around our house for about 2 hours before it warmed up and Eric took him outside.

We went to the Lopez's for Christmas dinner later in the day. Alex got to play with all of Evan's new Christmas toys. Some of Alex's favorite people - Josh and Becky were there as well. I forgot the camera, but it was great to spend time with all of them and Brodie was a dream baby and basically slept the whole time we were there.
