We drove in on Saturday, July 30. The drive went well and Alex did awesome - the 6 hours of Curious George viewing definitely helped! We spent Saturday night at my (Julie's) parents and Eric's parents came over to spend time with us as well.
We spent Sunday in Grand Haven. We started the day by walking the boardwalk and pier. Alex loved watching all the boats and we let him run down the middle of the pier which was great fun!
It was a picture perfect day, so we headed out to the beach for the remainder of the day. Alex loved digging in the sand and had so much fun playing with his cousins at the beach.

Back at the house - more fun with cousins...at dinner Alex just kept saying "Eli" over and over - he just loved his big cousins!
Tyler is Cake Boss Jr. - and he made this awesome cake for Eric's upcoming birthday... Eric was thrilled as he LOVES to celebrate his birthday ;)
